- Contact the opponent for a few agreeable dates 1st!

 

- Check the field grid for availability, and confirm with phil on the time slot.

- Confirm with the opponent, then text Phil that the game is confirmed, along with the Game #. No form needed. (These have to be agreed upon by both teams)
