Team Manager/Coaches' Meetings

Meeting Dates for 2025-26

Coaches meetings will be held at 8:00 pm, on the dates listed below outdoor at Pulis field by the concession stand, at the indoor or online. Please refer to the calendar on the TeamReach app for details. Meetings generally last between 30-45 minutes and are held less than twelve times per year. The information discussed at the meetings is important to the players, coaches, teams, and the club, and therefore a parent coaches or team managers from each team is required to attend.  

 

8/27, 9/29, 10/27, 11/18, 12/1, 1/5, 2/2, 3/2, 4/6, 5/4, 6/1

Should there be any last-minute changes or weather-related cancellations, every effort will be made to notify everyone via TeamReach.  

 

Attendance Policy Reminder 

Every team needs to be represented at all coaches meetings. If the parent coach or manager is not available, it is their responsibility to find another parent on their team who can attend and relay the information to them.
