Russell has been dedicated to youth soccer and its players for the past 20 years and has worked extensively with players of all ages and levels of ability.  Russ has been on the coaching staff of 10 Youth and Amateur State Champions and has Head Coached three Region I Championship Teams, including one National Finalist. The majority of his players, through his personal and individual guidance, have gone on to play at the Division I, II and III collegiate levels.  His attention to detail and planning for his players has proven to be invaluable for the student athletes who have seen successful playing careers in college.
