A New Jersey native and graduate of Rutgers University - Newark, Marin has spent a majority of his life on the soccer pitch. He started playing soccer at a young age and was a four-year letter winner at Rutgers. He went on to earn a position on the U19 and U21 Albanian National Youth Futbol Team. After several years on the European professional circuit, Marin turned his interests toward coaching. In 2014 he returned to the states where he began training both youth and high school age athletes.

 

Marin joined the Torpedoes in 2016 and quickly built a strong reputation among both the parents and players alike. He has an impressive track record of developing young players. He is demanding on his athletes, but in return gains their utmost respect and attention. He focuses on the athlete and what they need to grow on and off the field.
