Who do I contact for more information about a team?
The majority of the information below is for team managers/coaches.
What happens if a child tests positive for Covid 19?
If there is a (+) case on a team, please notify your coach or trainer ASAP, so that they can the division coordinator know and we can instruct proper actions the team staff needs to take. If there is an exposure issue on a team, contact us if you need guidance, however a majority of exposure issues are cut and dry and are answered by the standing NJ DOH policy, no exceptions: If player or coach is contact traced by school or agency they need to quarantine (no training or games) and are allowed to return after (10) days with no symptoms, or after (7) days with a negative PCR test, taken after day(5) from exposure. If a child tests positive, they are only allowed back to play once they have a note from their doctor clearing them.
All non-emergency requests:
All non urgent requests that are made after 4pm on Friday will be answered by the following Monday. Typically we try to get back ASAP, but at times our own schedules may not allow for immediate response. All contact emails are listed on the Board of Directors website page.
TBS and game scheduling:
EMAIL ONLY- please contact Matt Leone - for weekend games and Andy Meaney - for weekday games.
Team, player, parent or procedural questions - EMAIL ONLY
Please contact the appropriate division coordinator:
Boys' Divisions: Victor Mosquera
Girls' Divisions: Alison Ismael
DO NOT CONTACT ANYONE - With use of Grass fields in Spring some games and practices may be subject to bad weather cancelation. The notification will come directly from the club or our director of coaching, so monitor your emails. On days where games are scheduled, we will be monitoring the situation and unless you receive an email notice, you MUST ASSUME the game WILL be played. If a game is canceled, it is the responsibility of the home team to notify the visiting team ASAP, and if canceled too close to game time, ref fees will still need to be paid.
